Prithwiraj has more than ten years of work experience in financial consulting and advisory services. Conversant with Indian Accounting Standards, US GAAP and IFRS, he has advised Indian and foreign companies on financial planning, capital structure and business plan. He has worked as a consultant with various companies of national and international repute like the B K Birla group companies, RPG Group Companies, Family Credit Limited (a subsidiary of SocieteGenerale), Garan Manufacturing Inc (a unit of the Berkshire Hathaway group), etc.
Prithwiraj is a Certified Public Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA, and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He earned his graduation degree in accountancy with a first class from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
Prithwiraj has been one of the promoters of PRM Fincon and is actively involved in the operations of the company. He is part of the core team currently working with one of premier Banking clients’ (CitiBank) strategic Risk Architecture team. He plays a dominant role in the design of the pre approval processes for wholesale credit, ranging from lead identification to credit appraisal. He has worked extensively on Credit Analysis including development and enhancement of financial spreading platforms across regions and industries, migration of business to internal risk rating models from vendor model (Moody’s), implementation of Basel and Dodd Frank guidelines in the obligor risk rating process and implementation of Basel LGD norms across the commercial business. He is also involved in design and development of our model validation platform and default repository systems.
Prithwiraj is a sports freak and has also been trained in martial arts.
Premjit completed his MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and was most recently an AVP with the Risk management team at Citibank’s Commercial Banking team. While at Citi, he was solely responsible for managing a USD 100 MM portfolio of SME assets for the East India market. Premjit has direct experience across all aspects of appraisal, underwriting, portfolio management, early warning and remedial management. At Citi, he has also been involved with developing strategies for enlarging the target market by focusing on new sectors such as ferro alloys, metals and commodities. He has also lent his on the ground experience and client management skills to the process of credit policy formulation for the commercial bank at Citi. His experience of working with one of Citi’s fastest growing global franchises for half a decade provides him with a unique understanding of balancing growth with sound risk management practices.
At PRM Fincon, Premjit heads the Sales function for the APAC market and also lends his expertise to the risk domain of the firm, where he is a Business Analyst for our top banking client, Citibank. With Citi, he has leveraged his past experience to work on development and design of credit management workflows which include a CRM solution, Credit analysis solution. He also has developed and designed a unique Early warning and remedial management system for another of our clients DBS Bank. This system is expected to vastly improve the credit monitoring and management practices for the SME India business at DBS. Apart from his engagements with DBS and Citi, he is also working on specific projects in the field of default repositories, risk capital calculators and small business loan scorecards for other clients of PRM Fincon
PC is an avid reader, loves to travel and is an automobile enthusiast who harbors the dream of driving a Formula 1 car someday.
Rupesh has more than six years of work experience, having worked with three of the Big Four. His first job was with Deloitte &Touche, (M.E.), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, where he was an integral part of the statutory audit team and worked on a number of financial advisory assignments. Later he worked with PwC in Kolkata in the offshore Advisory team, setting up new lines of service under the Data Transformation and Quality Assurance Services. His last stint was with Ernst & Young where he briefly worked with the Transactions Advisory Team. Rupesh is a CFA (US) completed Chartered Accountant. He earned his graduation degree in accountancy with a first class from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. As a summer intern, he was involved with an HR project with Pepsico India Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
Rupesh has been associated with PRM Fincon since February 2011 and is currently working with the strategic Risk Architecture Team at Citibank. As the lead Financial Analyst, he has prepared financial templates and scorecards, both quantitative and qualitative, for the their institutional, commercial, and private banking groups. Over the last three years, he has been part of the core team that has worked on the transition from a legacy application for Debt Rating to a unified, online spreading and rating platform. He has also been designing and facilitating training modules for Credit Analysts across geographies and business groups as part of this transition.
Rupesh has also worked on establishing the business requirements for our clients in the area of Early Warning (EW). He has worked closely with the Risk team of DBS, Singapore, to build account-based and event-based triggers for an EW System. He has also designed dynamic reports and dashboards in close collaboration with the end-users of this tool.
Apart from watching movies and catching up with friends, Rupesh is taken in by the audio-visual media. He is an amateur photographer and a keen cyclist. In the near future, he wants to participate in the Cape Argus Cycle Tour
Arnab has more than 7 years of experience in the IT industry. His past roles gave him rich and diverse experience in business and management information systems, business analysis, database technologies, software development, legacy systems (mainframe), project management, content and document management solutions.
As the Chief Technology and Information Officer at PRM Fincon Services Pvt Ltd, Arnab is driving the company’s core product development around credit risk management, model validation and analytics. He is an integral part of the strategic think-tank and leads the IT delivery and operations team at PRM Fincon. In his capacity as a lead consultant and project lead, he has designed an early warning system for a leading Singapore-based bank. Arnab also plays a crucial role in the sales ecosystem of PRM Fincon through his support and contribution in pre-sales and client management.
Before joining PRM Fincon, Arnab spent 5 years in UK, working with Wipro Technologies as a lead analyst and solution architect for a leading insurance company. Working out of client location in UK, he gained strong experience working on critical business applications with an ability to deliver strategic solutions for large-scale enterprise projects (Platform Migration, Regulatory project RDR, Auto Enrollment). Prior to his stint in the UK, he had also worked with Wipro for a major US based retail company as a SME on their accounts and general ledger systems.
Arnab has Bachelors degree (BTech with Distinction) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata and a Master of Science (MSc with Distinction) in Information Systems from University of Sheffield, UK. He is professionally certified in BCS Business Analysis Fundamentals, ITIL® Foundation and is an associate member of British Computer Society (AMBCS). He has also contributed as a lead author in a journal – “Risks in Enterprise Cloud Computing: The Perspective of IT Experts”, published in JCIS Volume 53, Issue 4, pp 39-48, 2013.
Arnab is passionate about sports, especially football and athletics. He also likes to travel and experience different cultures.
